Shipping & Return Policy

Wallenstein Equipment Return Policy: E-commerce Purchases 

Thank you for choosing Wallenstein Equipment. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below: 

1.General Returns and Exchanges 

1.1 Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery and the cost of shipping to and from the customer will not be credited. We accept returns only on products purchased directly from Wallenstein.  

1.2 Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

1.3 Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at orders@wallensteinequipment.com to initiate the return process. 

Shipping: Customers are responsible for making return shipping arrangements and the entire cost of it. A credit will not be issued until the product is received and inspected. 

Applicable Fees: A return handling fee of 10% will be applied to returns on orders placed with credit card and 15% for orders financed with Affirm. 

Limit per Customer: Each customer is allowed one return per calendar year. 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

2.1 Subframes and Tiebacks: We do not accept returns for subframes and tiebacks

2.2 Used Items: Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition and packaging are not eligible for return. 

2.3 Goods received more than 30 days prior to the date of the return request. 

2.4 Promotional or free items  

2.5 Any item that has not received written authorization for return. 

 

3. Defective Items 

3.1 Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if your unit is not performing to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately for assistance at support@wallensteinequipment.com. We will make every effort to make sure that your product is operating as designed and to rectify any issues through our warranty process. In select situations where a warranty return is required, we will authorize the return in writing. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details. 

 

4. Incorrect Item Received  

4.1 If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at orders@wallensteinequipment.com within 30 days of receiving the product. 

4.2 Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

4.3 Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

4.4 Return Process: 

Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at orders@wallensteinequipment.com to initiate the return process. 

Shipping: If the part or unit was ordered in error, customers are responsible for making return shipping arrangements and the entire cost of the return shipping. If the part or unit was ordered correctly, but the wrong part or unit was shipped in error, Wallenstein will arrange for return shipping and cover return shipping costs. A credit will not be issued until the product is received and inspected. 

Applicable Fees: If the part or unit was ordered in error, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns. If the part or unit was ordered correctly, but the wrong part or unit was shipped in error, no restocking fee will be applied. 

 

5. Refunds 

5.1 Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. 

5.2 Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. Interest on financed orders is non-refundable.
